(Hi guys!)

I got my nose pierced with a BCR 5 days ago now, and have cleaned it twice a day or more (as my piercer told me to do) every day. However, it still looks very red and will occasionally throb, sometimes without even the smallest contact.

Now, this is just a theory, but I once attempted to stretch out a cartilage piercing (it hurt way too much after a few days and I took it out) and that is the same feeling I got when my piercer put in a 1.2mm (16g) ring after piercing it. I think he may have used a smaller needle (1mm or worse 0.8mm) and this is causing the great irritation. My skin is also peeling heavily around the area of the piercing. Is this normal in a nose piercing, or is it because of the stretching done so close to the piercing? Help!!
