Getting my tongue pierced twice?

Just a general question. I just got my tongue pierced about 3 months ago and I want another in my tongue. Anyone have any advice? Anything in particular I should know? My friend had it done but his tongue is alot bigger than mine and the guy that did his said he didn't like the idea of doing mine because my tongue was so much smaller.

I have my tongue pierced 4 times (2 central and venoms) and my tongue isn't that long. Look around and go to other professional piercers to get different opinions. Some don't like the risk because they know you'll blame them if it goes wrong!!
Also, if you decide to get another piercing make sure your 1st is healed properly otherwise it'll hurt like hell!
